Works perfect and cleans excellent. My problem was the size of the access holes to the mounting bolts. There is no way I with XXL hands could get my hand in there to put the nuts on.

I remodeled a tiny 70's bathroom with Carrara marble, pedestal sink, shower, and toilet. This Swiss Madison is an exceptional dupe of the Kohler Reach™ Curv ($300 vs $900). To clarify - I put nothing "cheap" in this remodel. I am a value consumer and 8 months later this toilet has performed well and sits nicely in the very small space. Even 1-2 addt'l inches would make the bathroom feel tight and unbalanced but this toilet was perfect. I purchased from Amazon, Floor and Decor, and Build.Com . Photos are before and after

I hated toilets that have all of those grooves on the sides to catch dirt, dust and public hairs so I went with this. The trade-off is having a hole smaller than man sized hands to fasten this thing down. Also the bowl only fills on the bottom so if you drop a slider it will leave a sticky trail on its way to the water but at least you won’t get a cold water kiss on your special parts if you release a heavy banger.

I ordered mate black hardware toilet they shipped silver hardware. I wasn’t home and my installer installed it! I called Amazon 2-3 times they did some kind of investigation without any results. They offered me $60 credit that wasn’t helping much. Still waiting for an answer from them. No luck with the manufacture because they didn’t even respond to my email. I have 2 of this is my house they look good but flashing power is week compared my old ones ( Kohler )

I love the toilet now that it is FINALLY installed, but unless you have the right tools this toilet is very, very difficult to install. Yes, it looks pretty after installation because the nuts & bolts are hidden, but trying to one, see the bolts as you set toilet on them, & two, try to tighten the nuts on to the bolts is a major problem. There are holes to stick your hands in to tighten the nut onto the screw, but getting your hand in the hole is a problem & if you don’t have the right tools to tighten the nut is another big problem, you have no movement to tighten up the nut at all! So, unless you plan to spend a lot of time with installation, this toilet isn’t for you.

When you do a search for a chair height toilet.This item pops up which is not chair height nor ADA height. This toliet sits extremely low to the ground. Don't waste your money on this item.
