Brunswick Wild Caught Skinless and Boneless Sardines, Served in Olive Oil, 4.4 Ounce (Pack of 12)

I was told by my doctor to start taking omega-3‘s and to eat more fish. I bought a 12 pack of these sardines. I try to eat 2 to 3 cans a week for a quick and easy source of protein and omega-3’s. I like to put them on saltine crackers or on top of a small salad. They taste great! They are not very salty so I sprinkle a little salt on them. Great product overall. I will buy them again.

These are by far the best sardines. They are skinless and boneless and have very little smell. Great just on top of a salad or with crackers. Very healthy for you.
