1/4" threads are pretty bad.
I had a tough time trying to prevent leaks on the 1/4'' MNPT and they don't look even close to as good as in the picture. Pipe dope wouldn't make a good seal so I had to wrap it with lots and lots of PTFE thread seal tape and even than tighten it up more than I'm comfortable doing because of the risk of splitting the mating valve that I threaded it into.

not a full flow fitting based of pictures
hole on tank side of fitting is too narrow to be a full flow fitting. seeing as i know what i'm looking for and what a full flow fitting is as i require them i can tell just by looking at that hole the item in the picture is not what they are claiming.
