Easy to use
Easy to use and clean. Eggs come out really well if you figure out the timing. Good for eggs benedict and egg sandwiches as well

Good and bad features
The egg holders are very deep - much deeper than my previous pan. The cool handle option doesn't work and overall, the pan is not very heavy. A good value overall but not the quality or cost of Capholon I've been using.

Simoke Way to Perfect Poached Eggs
I love poached eggs but making them can be fussy. This pan makes it simple. The pan contains four individual cups. They are fairly deep with a non-stick coating. Have had an issue yet with the coating peeling, chipping or disintegrating. The tempered glass cover is vented. The handle, despite the silicone cover, gets hot. Use a pot holder or mitt. Clean up is,easy.

Works for making poached eggs, some quality issues
Bottom line: I can make poached eggs with this, and for that it does what I need.I brushed some butter into the cups, cracked eggs into the cups, got the water simmering. I tried a few varieties: added some cheddar cheese and grated Polish sausage into some of the cups.Cooked over simmering water for 4-5 mins and got a tasty snack, the eggs were easy to remove because of the butter coating. (I later tried this with olive oil, and that did not work as well)The pot handle has a rubber sleeve which is not enough to insulate the heat. The handle gets hot, this is a feature that needs some improvement. My glass lid looks warped, the knob is crooked and the shape of the lid does not look right. But, it properly closes over the pot so that is not a big deal. Also at least one of the cups has the coating that is peeled off in spots. The coating might scratch or just fall off. So far it works, but with time if this coating falls out I may not be able to slide the cooked eggs off.Final verdict: I like this cooker because it makes it pretty easy to cook poached eggs. However, it does have a couple of quality problems. I recommend it if you consider that caveat.
