I don't see any difference between this and other creatine. It mixes well and has no taste though. Creatine makes me feel fat so I stopped taking it.

first time using this product and currently doing a loading phase and on day one of the 20 gram intake and i will say day one of my workout the length i was able to push myself the amount of sets i was able to do more then previously. i will definitely say it does lessen fatigue and get the extra several pushes in. im aware of the digestive issues when in the loading phases and any kidney issues. only digestive discomfort i have had is upset stomach but well documented for the loading phases of stomach issues and etc. but overall very satisfied with product.

Great service good product

Everybody is different so this might not be for everyone. My boyfriend has been getting nightmares and we think it might be the creatine because that was the only thing that had changed. Once he stopped using creatine, his nightmares stopped.

Best creatine I have used over 30 years. No grit, no nasty taste, mixes well in shake, no stomach issues. Highly recommend!
