Poor quality and items sent not as described
The banner is very poor quality and the images are very blurry. Also the fabric is very thin and one held up you can see right through it. The package never came with the swim tire and instead came with two large monster truck mylar balloons which do not match the theme of my sons race car party so they are useless. Pretty disappointed overall.

WRONG DESCRIPTION
I would of rated this a five star, but it did not include the inflatable tire and they substituted with a monster truck which is not in the description. I really wanted it so I returned the item and reorder a new one and they still gave me a monster truck balloon instead of the inflatable tire. Overall a great product except I did not get the tire.
