I was going to have my kitchen chairs professionally reupholstered, but I decided why not give these covers a try first. I opened the package and though “wow nice, these may just woks and save me a lot of money”. I proceeded to take my seats off in order to put these on. I finally got to the last chair, I stretched the cover over and what the heck, if it wasn’t about two inches short on each side. After all the work and a hour later, I decided to just put it on as best I could because I wasn’t about to undo what I have all ready done. Of course it looks like crap, didn’t cover completely, and it’s super thin. One can see the fabric underneath, but whatever. So, if I were you I would check every cover out before securing them down. Just wanted to give all new customers a heads up.

I have 3 kids that have completely torn up my dining room chairs so I decided to try and find covers rather than pay to get them upholstered (because they will probably get messed up again). I unscrewed the cushions from the chairs, placed the covers evenly around them, and re screwed them in. That simple. And they look almost new. The fabric is soft. Very stretchy. The color is perfect. And the price is fantastic.

These were NOT made for young, squirmy children. Let me just say that right up front- if you get these in the hopes of saving your chair from a wriggling little gremlin, it is not going to work. Too much stretch + shifting knees and toes = scrunched-up cover and over-stretched elastic. Parents: let my failed attempt be a lesson to you.HOWEVER! If you do not have young kids, these actually do look and work great! They snap on and off easily, a few long thread trails but they can be tucked or trimmed easily, and sure enough it keeps the crumbs off the chair. If all you're doing is sitting, eating, then standing back up again, these will be fine.I have not washed any yet. If they fall apart I'll update my review. If this isn't updated in a month, assume they washed up fine.

My removable seat cushions have a slight taper and measure 17" across the widest point (front), 16" front to back and are 2.75" deep. I purchased the navy blue covers and they were easy to put on and fit perfectly. The covers appear to be well made - all seams were intact, all elastics were properly attached, and there were no fabric snags or loose threads. I'm giving them four stars because I don't know yet how well they'll hold up when laundered or how long they'll last with my cats jumping on and off of them. I mistakenly thought the length of the elastic could be adjusted but they cannot. They work well for my cushions but if someone has a smaller cushion and wanted to tighten the elastic for a more snug fit, they'll need to be modified.

These chair covers are awful. I bought them because my cats like to sit on my dining room table chairs and they get dirty so I wanted something I can easily take off and clean in the washer. You can see here that these absolutely do not stay on... I am constantly trying to adjust them but the corners slip off ALL THE TIME. The elastic that crosses under the bottom is not very tight either contributing to the problem. The old chair covers that I had did not do this so I am very unhappy with my purchase because they are not serving the purpose that I bought them for. Now all pieces of fabric involved in the chairs are stained. Wonderful. Too late to return.

These are a great value for the money! My chairs have a tan upholstery and have been destroyed by my young child so these were an economical solution to making the chairs look better. They fit the seats really well without any bunching and they freshened up the look as well. The hardest part was removing the seats and putting them back on which is about the chairs not the sealant covers. Would definitely purchase again.

I was disappointed the covers didn’t fit my chair, my chairs were a bit bigger than the mentioned measurements but I thought they would stretch enough - they didn’t.Quality seems good and texture/colour are nice.
