Used with a CPAP Machine
I bought this portable power pack to use with a CPAP machine, having read a couple of messages saying it wasn't very good I thought I'd give it a go and return it if it wasn't up to scratch. I wanted it for camping (where it can be recharged during the day) and a flight in November. The first night I used it, it lasted less than 2 hours waking me up and I had to plug my machine back into the wall, I was all set to return it. I use an Airsense 10 with heated tube and humidifier.I thought I'd give it one more chance and used a standard tube and no humidifier. It lasted 7 hours and still had some charge in it.Just hoping this review helps someone else wanting to travel with their CPAP machine.

Perfect for anyone that needs all day laptop power.
To hopefully save people from going through the mathematics, here is what this Omars 24000mAh AC Outlet Portable Laptop Power Bank can do in the real world. First off, it is like no power inverter I have ever seen before. There is no humming, buzzing, or fans. The case is completely sealed and it just sits on the desk in silence. One area close to the mains socket gets slightly warm, but that's it. Rather than write down the specs, I have photographed and attached them. There is no mains charger supplied, just a USB-C cable, to connect the unit to a USB-C charger. There is no need to buy a more expensive USB-C PD charger, as this unit will only recharge at 18W, so a standard USB-C 5V at 3 Amp charger will be fine. At 18W, the battery pack recharges in around 4-5 hours. I suspect that the people who are complaining that their packs are taking 14 hours to recharge, are using a USB-A to USB-C converter cable and are recharging from a standard 1 Amp USB-A socket. My laptop is a few years old now, and although it works fine, the battery will only run the laptop for 2.5 hours. The laptop needs 20V at 3.25 Amps, which is pretty standard between manufacturers. The Omars will run the laptop (from the mains plug) for 6 hours before it's battery is empty, then the laptop will run from its internal battery for a further 2.5 hours. If I work through lunch, that gives me a full day of constant laptop use, without having to crawl under hot-desks looking for an outlet, or working from a client site with no spare sockets. There is a larger capacity Omars unit, but I deliberately bought the smaller unit because I will be recharging an empty battery pack every evening, which the battery manufacturers are always saying is better for battery lifespan, than topping-up a part used battery. If you have a modern laptop, that has a USB-C power input, you will still need to run your laptop from the inverter, using your original mains power cord, rather than plug your laptop straight into the USB-C output on the Omars unit. This is because most laptops require around 65W and the Omars tops out at 18W through it's USB-C socket. If you have one of those plug-in power adapters at home, that has a USB-C outlet that can power your laptop, then that adapter is a USB-C PD (Power Delivery) device. You can plug that adapter into the Omars mains socket and run your laptop from a USB-C cable, if you want to reduce your desk clutter and leave the original mains power cord and power brick at home. USB-C PD adapters can supply up to 240W of power through their USB-C sockets, which is more than enough to run a laptop. Obviously, if you require more than 6 hours of laptop life support, then you will need the larger capacity Omars unit. But for my needs, this model is perfect. It does have some bulk to it, but it's only about as big as a thick paperback book and I wouldn't even call it heavy. On many devices these days, it always seems to be the cooling fans that either fail, or become noisy. The fact that the Omars does not have one is just a huge bonus to what already seems to be a brilliant device. The Omars has one last feature. You can place it in trickle charge mode. To enter this mode, you hold down the power button for three seconds while turning it on. The battery level lights will flash and you are now in trickle mode. Trickle mode is there so that the Omars can charge low current devices like Bluetooth headphones without turning itself off, thinking nothing is connected. So for example, if you are running your laptop and charging your air pods at the same time, they will recharge. Unplug your laptop and the Omars will shut down. You will need to restart it in trickle mode to keep charging just your ear buds or any other low current devices. I have not tried this myself, but other reviewers have said that the Omars holds its charge for months if not used, which is another bonus.

Portable battery
I only use it twice with my computer. I have noticed that I have to charged it all the time after using with my computer.

It charges my laptop
I've been wanting a laptop portable charger for ages. I finally bought this and it works perfect. Also it charges things very fast. About 1.5 times for the laptop charge and 5 times for your phone depending on size of your battery. Also the company emailed me and gave me a warranty and guide about the product which was good

Great for camping
Used in my tent when pitched trackside with no hook up. Plenty of power for most tasks such as connecting to my heated chair when chilly. Have not needed to use the mains type socket in anger but good to know it is there.

Great
Great addition to our van, means I can use my laptop while out and about. 5 hours of laptop battery life enabled. If needing for a whole days work then maybe not this charger but for my needs great.
