Great addition to your baking pantry. Delicious flavor.

I rarely take the time to write reviews, but I feel compelled to comment here. This product is exactly as described with a full vanilla flavor which is an excellent compliment to warm beverages. I was on the hunt for something to help me stop using unhealthy chemical-laden creamers in my coffee every day and this has done the trick (with milk). Thank you for this superior product! I have already reordered and told all my friends about it.

It says there is ground vanilla but I cannot find that much of the little black spots that would suggest that there is a lot of real vanilla bean in it... it’s more like a vanilla infused sugar, with focus on the vanilla essence and less of the vanilla bean. Nevertheless, a great enhance for smoothies and yogurt and other baked goodies, will buy it again!

I really wanted to give this 4 stars because the package is TINY-- see my photo next to an iPhone X. This is a very expensive product for the size. When I first saw it, I said ok minus one star for the size. It's just short of 3/4 pound.Then I tried it... and I knew I couldn't deduct a star. Wow. This is the first vanilla product that I have ever purchased that actually makes coffee taste like vanilla. Flavored coffees smell great, but the flavor gets washed out in the brewing process. Flavored creamers are little better. But this stuff is wonderful--I finally have actual vanilla coffee. I don't notice the flavor as much when I sprinkle it onto something. I think the hot coffee brings out the flavor of the finely ground beans.So, if you've been looking for something to give your coffee a smooth, strong vanilla flavor... you found it.Just be aware that you're not getting very much.

Very good product. I used it for my holidays baking.

I use this product for making cookies and it doesn't melt in to the dough when baked. You get a crunch from the product caramelizing, which in my opinion, enhances my baked product. Well worth the money spent.

Trying to use more natural ingredients. This vanilla sugar tastes, and smells, so good in my coffee! You have to leave the last sip because the ground up vanilla bean specs are left in the bottom, but the taste makes that totally worth it.
