One or the rod is bent and not sure this is how it is handled??
The media could not be loaded. I have not used the Product yet would like know the answer for my question.

Easy to use
I knew nothing about a sealer. I just knew I wanted in for my business to seal drinks. It was easy to set up and use. The price was right. It’s been 2 months and very happy thus far.
