It's a bit lightweight and kind of a flimsy plastic. Looks good hanging up but if you're giving it as a graduation gift you might want something nicer

After returning other frames, I was going to go to an art store to purchase a quality frame. I decided to give Amazon sellers one more look, and came upon this one. I received more in quality than the price paid. The lacquer is so superb. The frame is real wood, smooth to the fingers gliding across it. This is a finely crafted frame to show case my Doctorate Degree. There’s not enough time to express my gratitude for the makers of this beautiful frame. It is not heavy, or too light in weight; and it is sturdy. I highly recommend it for your degrees as well. You've worked hard for your Doctorate, get the best!

Looks great, but does feel a little cheap. As long as no one picks it up, it looks more expensive than it feels.

I’d feel better about this if it were half the price. Gold stripe was worn off in a couple places, making it look chintzy. The blue is not navy, it’s close to what’s shown in photos.Note: per title, it’s not glass, it’s acrylic. The two mats are very nice, good quality.

I got this product for my degree and I am glad I got this. It looks as described, very sturdy, easy to open up and add the degree that I have been wanted to frame, it has options to hang only. It doesn't have any stand to place on a flat surface but other than a really excellent product and worth every penny.

I was skeptical of the acrylic at first. But you honestly can’t really tell the difference between glass. And it’s nice not having to worry about shattering during shipping. The frames look great, I’m hanging them in my office and you can’t really tell the difference between these and my $250 custom ones. The one drawback is that the mats are cut just small enough that they wiggle around and become off centered from each other, so a bit more of trim mat is showing on one side than the other. This is easily fixed with a piece of tape rolled up between them though.

I ordered the glossy cherry finish and it looks great! there is room in the back of the frame to hold more than the diploma. I used the frame to hold my honors society induction certificate & put several ceremony pamphlets behind the certificate for safe keeping.One thing to note is that the clear protective cover is not glass. Feels like plastic. It does not take away from the professional look of the frame, though.

This is an OK frame for a diploma. A nice size, with a nice look and feel. I like that it uses a polycarbonate instead of glass. Think painted frame versus rubbed hardwood stain. Not bad for $30, but not outstanding grade of materials.

Good quality with reasonable price.

Very nice to have the gold or teal blue paper border options. I used it for my university degree and I liked having the choice between the two to match my degree.

This is used for a Beta Gamma Sigma certification. It fits perfectly inside the frame and meets acceptable quality standards.

For this price, I expected something far better. The edges and joints are kind of rough. The front is some type of plastic, not glass! The quality of the wood is low.They work in a sense that your diplomas won't evaporate inside them, but the quality is low.

Looks nice on a quick look, but the quality is very bad. There is already a crack on it.Also, if we take a closer look, the double mat is of very poor quality (not well cut, so the 2 mats don’t align well), and so is the frame itself (screws are broken and hole is too small so I can’t hang it out of the box)
