Wanted to love it, but can’t
Getting old & pushing manual reel mower getting to be too much. Wanted to live this mower but cannot. Power itself underpowered & lacks torque. Battery also not sufficient to drive blades beyond already groomed lawn. 16” blade too small & I assume was used to cut down on rotation mass to help motor. I have .30 acre yard & required purchase of 2nd battery b/c can’t get past 2/3 yard w/o battery dying. If you miss a maintenance mow and grass gets higher mower doesn’t have enough to get through it. Also the light weight of the mover is a disadvantage b/c mower will “bounce” in higher grass.Needs 18” blade> 20v battery w/ longer lifebetter more torquey motorand more weight.

Sort of works, good concept. A miss on quality, battery life, and power
For context: My Lawn is Emerald / Geo Zoysia that requires a reel mower. The grass will not grow tall and needs to be at ~2". If left to its own devices, the grass will clump. The good: The lawnmower does work for upkeep; it does a decent job cutting grass.... provided that the negatives below do not interfere.Things to be aware of:1. The 20-volt battery does not have enough power to cut through clumps of Zoysia if you let them develop. The symptom is that the lawnmower gets stuck, the safety clicks off, and you have to pull it back and restart. The blades are sharp -- it did it from day one. Working backward from your intended result: if you go on vacation and miss two weeks of cuts, getting your lawn in shape with this mower is difficult. 800 sq ft in front of my house -- 8-10 battery charges if clumpy, many unprintable words and exquisite expressions.2. Grass bag -- it is partly practical. The way it attaches to the mower makes it easy to come off. The mower cuts low; grass and clumps of grass clippings can (and do) get a bit under the bag, push it up, and, sometimes, make it catch & flip. Translation: you will end up picking up grass clippings from your lawn and putting it back in the bag if you attempt anything but a straight line forward on a well-kept lawn. On an editorial note, if you have a well-kept lawn that you tend to, you do not need the bag to begin with.3. Quality of assembly: One day after purchasing, the retainer ring on a rear-wheel came off. Therefore, you need a 1/2" retainer ring as a spare in your house.4. Weight. For dense grass, it would be good if the mower was heavier; it is a bit too light. The result is you moving it back and forth multiple times, making the battery issue in #1 show up much faster and your unprintable expressions more colorful.

Kind of short
I'm not a tall person (5'4") and the steering bar/handle is too low. I don't readily see a way to extend them, but I'll keep looking. Otherwise, it seems like a good value.

Don't waste your money like we just did!
We love reel lawn mowers because they give a better cut. However, this is the worst mower we've ever used for the following reasons:1) The catcher is VERY difficult to attach, requiring one to get on hands and knees each time the empty catcher needs to be re-attached. Bad, bad design. Big hassle!2) Does not cut grass evenly at all!3) Not nearly as light-weight as our previous mower, making it somewhat hard to maneuver.4) Not enough height adjustments. I know this is a personal preference, but we prefer a short cut, and that is not a possibility with this mower. Only two height options are not enough....We very much regret this purchase.

Bagging system is shameful
Doesn’t fold?! And It’s like they outsourced bag design to someone who has never used a tool of never seen the lawn mower. The bag locks angle of the handle. I’m 5’10, standing straight up lifts the back wheels bc the bag come in contact. You have to bend over to get mower flat to ground. Bag destroys this product

Decent machine but horrible battery runtime
This will give you a cleaner quality cut, but the battery run time is 30-45 minutes. The mower only has a16 in width, so this is great for small yards only because you’ll have to keep putting the battery on the charger to finish. I also haven’t been able to found a replacement battery to help extend my cutting time.

Garbage machine
Barely pushes anywhere with electric power. Continues to get caught in ANy debris in lawn. Today it finally quit working with battery help at all. Not worth the price at all, waste of money and time

Missing battery and battery charger
I haven't been able to use the lawn mower I paid for because it is missing the battery and the battery charger
