Decent training equipment. Should last, if you take care of it.The bag isn't the highest quality. Started coming apart at the seems within a few weeks.

Very heavy, spikes at the bottom that goes inside the grass or basement they do not last at all, disappointed , worse part is that i bought 6+6 basements , over $600 and they only last for a few practices . :(:(:(
