Very high quality
Easy to separate and easy to fold. I use them to print my own notecards for gifts and they look and feel like professionally made cards.

Can be used for other projects besides notes. They separate clean so versatile for double sided small cards.

Used on Laser Printer - still worked!
I bought these not realizing that there is a different version of the product for use with a laser printer (this one is for ink jet printers). While you should generally follow manufacturer recommendations for printers, in a pinch, these worked just fine in my laser printer. I used this to print thank you cards with an Etsy design matching my wedding stationary - WAY cheaper than having a print shop do it for you.

Can't go wrong with Avery
I've used Avery products for many years and these printable note cards were excellent. I'm able to print outside and inside the card. I design my own Christmas cards each year and always get compliments - not just on my artwork, but on the quality of the cards and how well the colors from my inkjet printer are rendered on the matte texture. Will be sure to buy again for next holiday season and throughout the year for birthdays.

High quality and great color rendition
I have used these for years to print high quality gift notecard collections for others. They have excellent inkjet color definition, and are durable. They are little bit expensive however, but I have yet to find any that are the same quality and less expensive. Avery used to have a card creation program that was just fantastic and easy to use. But they con't support it anymore, and they want you to use an online card creator that is just stupidly bad! So I just use a pre-created card template with Photoshop. Simple to set up and works great.

Excellent value
I'm using these to make note cards with a matte inkjet-printed photo on one of the four panels of the folded card and some printed text on a different panel. You get 60 sheets of 8.5 x 11 card stock that are perforated to make 120 note cards which you separate after running through an inkjet printer, making two copies of each card. Avery gives a website for software you can use online or by download, but I haven't tried this software. I use Word 2010 and Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 6 instead. (If you need help with the Word or Lightroom settings to do this, post a comment asking and if I see it, I'll post the instructions.) Each folded note card measures 4.25 x 5.50 inches. You also get 120 envelopes. The quality of the cardstock is very good. At the current amazon price, they're an excellent value, so I'm rounding up to 5 stars for that. One side of the card stock is coated matte paper--it's NOT coated glossy--it's coated matte--making the coated matte side more appropriate than the plain side of the card stock for printing a photo. Most pens will write on either the coated or the uncoated side. The difference is subtle, but brush both sides of the blank cardstock with a clean finger, and you probably will agree: one side is very slightly smoother, and that's the coated side which should be used for photo printing if any. If you're still not sure which side is coated, moisten a finger and touch each side in one corner; the tackier side is the coated side. Set your printer to matte photo paper and high quality photo if you can, for best results. You can print borderless photos on these *if* your printer and software allow this setting (many inkjet printers do *not*), however you may have to use a paper trimmer to clean up the photo on one edge as it may bleed through to the other note card, so a small white border may enable you to avoid using a trimmer and work better for you. To get a clean break, carefully crease along the perforation in both directions before pulling apart.

Avery Note Cards
Confusing issue with measurements not in metric. Also, I read that it was a 1 card with a fold line, but it is actually a break line. Trying to get printing program is quite complicated and ended up with McAfee AntiVirus program which won't go away. Not as easy as buying in country of residence where no conversion of measurements, etc is required.

Old, downgraded-quality product in new packaging
I bought this note card paper after Avery stopped making their product that used be to available for this size of note cards. They stopped coating the previous product, and colour printing on it took a nose dive. Unfortunately, this is the same as the reduced-grade product, in different packaging. The colour is darkened and grey and I wish they had left an excellent paper alone. I won't be buying this again and am now looking for a replacement supplier. I gave it three stars because the perforations and sizing are more accurate than before, but if it weren't for that, this would get one star.

Get the best
I have used Avery note cards in the past so there was no surprise that they were good cards.
