Police Costume Kids Police Officer Fancy Dress - Black Police Vest, Police Hat and a Police Badge

Must say it is very good quality for just under £10. Perfect for school dressing up day. Unfortunately hat is way too big, perfect for adult - hot glue and sponge saved the day and made one LB happy :)

I purchased this dress up set for my 4 year old son. It did arrive very quickly but the quality of the hat was shocking, firstly it was a adults hat which had been haphazardly cut with scissors, then some velcro stuck on to make the brim size smaller. However cutting it had obviously cut the hem threads so the hat was falling apart, as you can see in the pictures. The handcuffs are cheap tin but somehow very stiff with the tiniest pin latch to undo them not a key, so quite tricky for a adult and virtually impossible for a child. The badge is a massive pin with a poor fastener (see pic) just a bent piece of metal. However the hi Vis jacket was of good quality and seemed well made. I would not recommend this. Mine has been returned.

Bought for Grandson as Christmas Present, so cannot comment on fit, He will love to wear when playing with the other police LEGO STUFF ETC.... all bits seem to be of a good quality for money. although must add, I received with box half open, & could have lost some items. AMAZON, or whoever sent to us, used a box way to small for these items, hence, half open. All's well, as all goods arrived in one piece, nothing broken.

For the money, it was what I kind of expected. Not great quality but ok for the price. The only thing that really concerned me was the badge. It is full on heavy metal badge with tuck under pin. A very sharp pin. For children no matter their age particularly 4-6 as it states on the description I do not think this is safe nor practical. The pin is loose so would come undone easily. If they fell or were clumsy playing they could quite easily hurt themselves. I do feel a sew on police badge, Velcro or possibly a plastic one would have been a much better option for children of that age.

Badge came off the police hat the next day. Leaving one very upset 3 year old.(But glued back on and all is good again ha ha.) But just to warn you it could come off.

Customer service was amazing, however I just dont think these products are made great at all. The vest is fine but even after a replacement the hat is very miss-shapen and the handcuffs broke within 20 mins as quite flimsy, be aware the badge is on a pin, not ideal for young ones. Did look cute on my 3 year old brother though!

Ordered size 10-14 for my eldest child and the hat wouldn't fit my 5 year old! Ridiculous. Attempted to return and they are saying that they will deduct the p&p amount (£4) from refund amount. A rip off. Avoid!!

The hat is extremely poor, whoever put the tape around the hat needs glasses or training. Other than my grandson getting excited. It would definitely had been returned.
