While the mortar bag is of excellent quality, and the size is ample for all of my jobs, the material is too thick and difficult to use.

I had a home project to redo the mortar on my front porch. As I was trying to figure out how I was going to reapply new mortar once I dug the old mortar out I came across this product. I assumed that using these “Mortar piping bags” would spread up the process. Unfortunately, these piping bags fell very short on doing anything. I mixed my mortar till it was the right consistency to apply, put a few scoops in the bag, gave it a twist to close it and tried to start applying this mortar. Long story short I had to over saturate my mortar to even get the slightest bit to come through the tip. I tried cutting the tip but no success. You have to add so much water to the mortar it basically come out looking like grey water. I ultimately threw the bag in the trash and used my trowel to apply the “properly mixed” mortar to my brick done porch.

These worked better than laying grout the traditional way. Much cleaner and very easy to use.

It was purchased to apply grout for faux brick for a back splash. Your product is not as advertised, my hands were cramped trying to use this. We finally purchased a icing gun used to decorate cakes and it worked great. Very disappointed with your product. The brick and grout were all purchased through Amazon and your product popped up through them as the product recommended for applying the grout.
