do not work, shipped me an used machine with compressor not working; also be careful, they will charge you restocking fee.Update: they charged me $600 restocking fee even with a prime membership!!!!---------------------First of all, the chiller does not cool down the water at all. Even following the manual carefully, our research technician with experience in HVAC industry still cannot address the errors on the control panel. The chiller simply is not functional at all. Also, there was little and vague technical support during the installation.Second, we realized the chiller is a returned product that was not disclosed on the website at all. Below are the issues we’ve identified so far that already deserve a full refund or replacement.1. The water tank is full of dirt (see pictures below). Even though we used distilled water to clean it multiple times, the dirt still stays in the tank, which will for sure impact the chiller’s efficiency.Fig. 1 Full of dirt in the water tank2.
