This product and some online instructions saved my dad a lot!!

Easy to install
The part was very easy to install and worked smoothly for just over a year. At that point it began to stick, which made it difficult to control the flow. I was able to disassemble it and re-grease the internals to restore smooth function. Not sure if the original Moen part used different grease, but that one lasted for over a decade.
