I love my Betsey Johnson luggage. I have one of these suitcases that I have been using the last 3 or 4 years. It has held up to the airline abuse on quite a few flights. I just ordered this second one for my next trip. My other brands keep getting destroyed by the airlines. This one is more expensive than most others but well worth it.

The bag holds so much it’s incredible. Got it for the Mrs and she loves it. TSA abuses it and puts scratches on it which is a nuisance. The bag is very stylish and stands out. Great utility as well.

Ordered this because frankly, it's adorable! I loved the pattern and you will definitely not have trouble identifying your luggage at baggage claim. Upon receipt, I will say that the material itself doesn't feel the sturdiest and I am nervous about its durability. To ensure it doesn't get marked up, I purchased a clear suitcase protector to go over it. Flights are upcoming, so I will update this review soon as to how it performs. Overall though, it looks just as good in-person as it does online.**2024 Update*** This suitcase proves to be durable over many flights/years. Wheels still function as they should. I continue to use plastic protectors and they keep the suitcase looking as great as it performs!

I got this so that my son and I could take everything in one suitcase for a week visit. It held all our stuff and all of our new stuff from our trip. It is now holding my whole summer wardrobe, including sandals for the winter. I really really like it because it was super easy to find at baggage claim. It also came with a baggage label so I didn't have to purchase that separately. It's very well constructed and has many options for packing within its case. I would definitely buy it again if I had any need to do so.

I’m going on an extended girls trip, & I will be the envy of everyone with this!It is beautiful! Functionally tho, I wish it had some interior zippered pockets for storage.

For the amount of money I spent I expected better. Handle broke the second time I used it. It was only half full and not heavy at all, so to ease any curiosity, no it wasn’t overfilled or weighted down.

I appreciate that the suitcase is large suitable for long travel, but at the same time, it's very light and easy to carry around. Great product.

Super cute from Betsy.... love the color.Plenty of space.... bought for a wedding trip and my husband told me just buy a black case because one use and it's ruined and he was right. Scuffs and black "belt" marks all over it from 2 flights. The case has a clear plastic coating that scuffs really easy. The zipper seems good, but overall the case doesn't have a firm "closed" feeling.... the two sections zip together and shift....kind of like if you remember geology class... two plates shifting over each other. It's ok for the car, but I won't fly with it again.Also the box it was shipped in says it was part of a 3-piece set... So it was unpacked and then re-packed as a "1" ... which is ok, but obviously it was handled and then presented as new.
