This is an awesome case! It has everything I look for in a rugged case. Fingerprint sensor works flawlessly for me and I feel 100% confident that when I drop it or submerge in water my phone will be protected. I love the added protection in the corners and also on the inside there is padding on sides, top and bottom so the phone is not against hard plastic, which I did not like about other cases. It seals very tight but is easy to install and remove phone. I personally don't see a flaw with this case as everything works perfectly including camera, fingerprint, wireless powershare and charging. Buttons are very responsive and touchscreen is very responsive. I was going to buy a lifeproof but I'm glad I found this because I could almost buy 3 of these compared to 1 lifeproof and I actually like this case better and feel more confident with it.

Soooooo, this is a nice case, but DON'T try and clean the fingerprint sensor area after you remove the protective cover.I'll explain... As I was getting ready to install and after I'd cleaned my phone screen, I noticed a tiny piece of lint on the inside of the screen protector. I took the cleaning pads that came with the case and started trying to wipe it out (rather than use my actual finger). Upon wiping the area of the fingerprint sensor, it was some sort of different plastic material, and the wipe itself left smudges and multiple pieces of lint on the inside.Basically, I'm trying to say - don't touch the inside of the screen protector. At all!!!Next issue - the fingerprint reader doesn't work. But I don't use it! I use facial recognition on the S10.Otherwise, I love the case and would probably give it 5 stars.UPDATE: After a year of abuse - this case was awesome. I finally decided to retire it and get another. It held up great and my phone looked BRAND NEW when I finally took it out of the ghostek case. Great buy!

It's the third time I buy nautical cases from Ghostek. I got 2 Nautical for both of our galaxy S8 and when I changed for a galaxy S10 it was a no-brainer to get another Nautical case. The case is built like a tank and it really helps to protect your smartphone. It makes the smartphone a little more bulky but it's normal for this kind of protection. The sticker in front of the fingerprint scanner seems to attract dust. I'm still wondering if it is possible to clean it or to get a replacement if it gets too dirty after opening the case a few times to clean the screen and the phone in the next year.Even though I really want to like this case, it comes with a few minor problems and a greater one.- The case I got as an imperfection on the plastic covering the camera lenses. For now it seems fine but I don't know if it will eventually weaken the case (imperfection can be seen in pictures provided).- As the fingerprint sensor is behind the screen, they had to put a little sticker over the area of the scanner. I know there's probably nothing else they could have done to avoid compromising protection and keeping the scanner working but you can always see a little round disc on your screen. It can be quite annoying at the beginning but you get used to it. When the screen is turned on and there are lots of colors displayed, you can't really see it if looking straight at the phone.- The biggest problem for me, I bought a phone with 3 different cameras (wide angle, normal and telephoto). When the phone is in the case, you can't use all 3 cameras. I don't see any trouble with normal and telephoto focal length but the wide angle is unusable. The protection gets far above the lenses and it creates a HUGE and really ugly vignetting (I provided 2 pictures in front of a white sheet, one with the normal lens and the other with the wide angle. You can clearly see the wide angle is unusable with and ugly U shaped vignette).Overall, I'm glad I bought this case and I will definitely still recommend Ghostek products to anyone looking to really protect his phone. As a photographer, I can get by the fact I can't use the wide angle with the case as I often take my DSLR with me. But for the times I travel light with just my phone and I need to use a wide angle to capture a photo, I'll have to take the phone out of the case and risk breaking it or getting dust in the case.

Best case I have ever used..I work in a dusty and dirty environment and this case stands up to the test and at a reasonable price..

This case is great. Like many others, I started with a lifeproof fre case for my Samsung S10 plus. I switched to this case after having many issues with the lifeproof cases and will never look back. I don't use the fingerprint function to unlock so can't speak to that but I am very happy with this case. good textured grip on the sides of the case and the phone is very well protected. My phone charger fits fine and it fits well in the phone mount I use in my truck. Finger response on the screen is great for a fully protected phone. At first, you will notice a small circle, size of a dime, on the bottom of the screen protector that I assume makes the finger print scanner function better but when watching videos it does not impede or interfere with the view. This is definitely my go to case now on. Also great price at only 1/3 of the cost of a lifeproof case

The media could not be loaded. It arrived slightly different to the picture, as it didnt have the little nook cutout by the power button, like some models. However, this case is truly amazing and is 100% waterproof in the sea and swimming pool.The case is robust and looks and feels great but above all, does was it says and doesn't effect the picture quality either.Highly recommend it you want a Waterproof case for your S10 PLUS.
