Nice fine texture and coats very nicely.
Coats very nicely over concrete and ceramic tile with one coat but even better with two coats. Dries to a fine sandpaper texture. Worked great for my application on my porch.I applied it with a cheap paintbrush and spread it out with a roller. For something like this, I found that pouring it directly onto the surface and then working it in with a roller worked great. For surface prep, I skipped any primers and just used a paint stripping disc on an angle grinder. Will update on longevity if it fails prematurely in the future.

Clean look, steady walk!
Love this product! I have trouble walking, so I painted the entrance stairs and the surface is now safer, and looks beautiful. It adds a nice clean look to your house at the same time. I highly recommend it, specially if your walk is not steady as mine.

Does what it's supposed to.
I used this paint on my unfinished basement as while I wanted to put down a 2 part epoxy the cost and hassle didn't seem to be worth it. I found this paint as I wanted the non-slip coating along with being durable and water resistant. The paint goes on very thick and requires a bit of stirring to mix the non-slip coating, but it's very easy to apply either by brush or roller, just know that it won't go a long way.Overall, I'm happy with the results, the non-slip works as intended and it's proving to be water resistant so far. It's not however as durable as I'd hoped as I've chipped a few spots on it and I'm having to be a bit more careful than expected. Also, this stuff is a pain to clean stains off of due to the non-slip, the only way to clean it is with a stiff brush to break up stains as a mop alone won't get stains out. However I haven't had any stains yet which don't come out with the brush.

Excellent product, holds up and applies easily
This is a great product. I've used it twice. I mixed the light gray, brown and pearl gray for my own custom color. It adhered well. I did do some thinning to make it easier to roll on. I used the same product last year and had some minor pealing where the mortar released, not the product's fault; and 1 or 2 small spots on pavers. I highly recommend.

Solid product
Refinishing my cement slab covered patio was a project I wasn't sure I could accomplish. I'm a 75 yr old woman who doesn't do well with extended periods outside in the heat of summer. First I removed the old, peeling paint with my power washer (1800 psi so it took a few tries). Next I filled in some hairline cracks in the slab, taped off the house siding and the bases of the porch columns. Then I rolled on the paint. I let the first coat dry overnight, applied the 2nd coat the next day. I let that dry for 2 days before putting the porch furniture back. I love the color, the quality of the paint is excellent. The paint went on very smoothly and the slip-resistant texture is just what I hoped for. It's been on now for about 18 months and has survived rain, snow, single-digit temps, summer heat and sun, and a reasonable amount of foot traffic without any breaks, bubbles or signs of wear. Excellent value for the money.
