I have a bad back and this massager with heat works perfectly to alleviate the pain and spasms. I like the three heat levels and the assortment of massaging options.

Ive had two full neck fusions, Back surgery and multiple other issues. I have bought numerous massage products and have always been disappointed. The vibration is good, it helps my back. It does not get very warm.

Wonderful massage chair pad! This is used every night after a long day at work and really helps to relieve pain and helps us to relax. It's not loud at all and isn't too strong or too weak, just right!

It doesn't have a timer control and turns the heat off in 30 minutes. The Cili brand has a timer control...great design!!
