If youre expecting a properly refurbished product look somewhere else. The item looks like some person fixed it in his basement and it was their first time giving it a try. I'm not happy with how they bolted together this microwave. Multiple different types of screws barely hanging on or weren't put in properly. Pieces dented and ceramic is chipped away , door wouldn't open without me messing with it. Overall the quality is not worth the price in my opinion, just spend the extra money on a new one to avoid any problems.

Works great so far. Haven't had it long but we had this one before that lasted 6 years of use from a family of 6. I would recommend it to others. It was perfect for a built in area in our cabinet. Looks great.

Easy to use. Very large capacity. Nice/sleek design. However, like many of the other reviews, it had man dents and dings... i was lucky in that all the damage on mine was on the back and side panels, not the front... since I also bought the trim kit to install it into a cabinet, the rear and sides will never be visible--so i decided to fix the dents as best i could and keep the unit instead of returning it...

Received the microwave and notice the packaging was completely worn with minor damage, this was my first clue of what I was about to unbox. The microwave was completely damage on the right side of the unit. Visible dents at each corner. The back of the unit not shown had a huge dent in it and extreme metal damage. The door release button was difficult to push, when compressed it got stuck and would not release back to its original position. If I had to guess this microwave had been purchased and returned many times considering how many previous shipping labels were on the packaging. Extremely unsatisfied with this purchase.

Very spacious and warms foods evenly. Very quite not noisy at all. Quality is great

I ordered 2 of these microwaves and both of them were damaged. The first one was left at a different address and I had to hunt it down. The damage on it was mild compared to the second one. The first one had 2 large dents on the side which prevented the door from opening. The second one was caved in on the top and the driver left it in the pouring rain. Not worth the time and effort to order. Buy local if you can.

I needed this to align with the rest of the appliances I purchased. Matches the other Samsung stuff exactly how it should. Works fine. It does have a weird door lock thing thats quite annoying, but workable.

Plastic everywhere and feels cheap.Very oddly the microwave does not keep the correct time. We have to correct the time weekly.dimensions are correct - which is why we bought it. Would not do so again.
