BlackBerry Leather Smartphone Pocket for BlackBerry Z10- Black

The leather pocket looks great, professional, saves battery, and is overall a great buy.The front and back both look amazing and I would not like to describe them, just buy it :DIt saves battery because every time you put your phone in the case, the screen shuts off and the device is locked. When you pull it out, it is unlocked. You also have the option of password locking the phone when it is in the case. There's an option in your phone saying "Lock device when holstered" (It's referring to password lock)Bonus feature: Offers protection. Sometimes your phone may be on the table and someone somehow accidentally knocked it over. It is (to a certain degree) protected from the damage. The reason I say "to a certain degree" is because the phone may land on the exposed ends, and even if it is not exposed, the holster will only reduce the impact, not completely absorb it.

People who will be buying this will be blackberry users (duh!) and most of those people know what Blackberry's are used for.....business! I use my Z10 for business and personal use, and this pouch is so professional, gives off a great impression. I don't use it all the time, because if im real busy on my phone, i don't have time to take it in and out of the pouch. But, when its more of a slow 'mobile phone day', it does get stored in the pouch, and its very protective, very strong, and when its laying on a coffee table, in a restaurant or at work, it just gives off a great look! I love it. The only 'downside' to it (i'm not too sure if it is a DOWNside though..) is that its a little tight, but it does loosen up after a while. But i would much rather have a snug fit than a loose fit.

Nice little leather case for the BlackBarry Z10 into which the device fits snugly, vary snugly, into. It seems a bit of a tight fit at the moment but I guess that's because it is brand new and will give with time and use. However, there's no way the device will fall out of this holder. With its little metal BlackBarry symbol on the front it looks vary nice, and the device fits perfectly; with the back completely covered and the sides come most of the way up to the top with about 1.5 inches from the top allowing access to the side buttons, though the lower of the volume buttons is hidden, (hence the 4 stars and not the full 5.) The front of the cover allows enough of the front face of the device to stand free to enable you to see the flashing "alert" light on the front. You won't be able to take photos with the device still in the case and you won't be able to take calls or do anything else with it, but then again it's designed as a full protective case and nothing else. The display switches off when you place the device into the holder thereby preserving battery power.All in all a nice little protective cover but would have been better if the lower volume button on the side wasn't covered up.

Good leather slide in for the BB Z10. It is a little stiff at first but it soon loosens up. The downside to this case however is the power button is located at the top of the phone and the side buttons on the upper right facing side. When you slide the device in it is straight forward but when it rings or messages you and you slide it out you have to be very careful not to catch any of the buttons especially as your waiting for the leather to give a little over time.What I found is I kept catching the buttons and touching the screen awkwardly which made me miss calls or dial a number by mistake and turned the device off a few times without realising it. Also the volume rocker, I had missed calls because of pulling out the phone I had caught the button a lot of times and lowered the volume sometimes to no sound etc. I am sure you get the picture.I have developed a technique that works for me to get the phone out easily but it takes a lot longer than the normal. It is a shame blackberry or who made it for them did not really take the actual phone design into account and I suspect they just slightly changed it from a similar phone brand, shame really as I expected more.Hope this helps.

This pouch has so far been a nice and compact protection for my Z10. Having seen other peoples options I still prefer this one, no flappy bits, no bits to get worn (yet) just good old protection for a great phone without being bulky. There are other clip on devices but they tend to mark the phone or allow dust and grime to collect close to the phone causing minute scratch marks over time. I thought my phone may have ended up waterlogged during a recent late autumn bike ride when tucked in the rear pocket of my cycle jersey, I turned it upside down to make sure gravity wouldn't be an attributing factor and thankfully all was well when I got home an hour later.

This case is guilty of protecting the WORST phone in the universe! Dreadful! It shouldnt be protected! It should be drop kicked into a heap of loose dog s***! So there

Too tight for the phone, when trying to remove phone from the pocket it turns the phone off, Have decided not to use it anymore

You may well pay a bit more for accessories from the original manufacturer but in my opinion it's always worth it. The case fits to perfection, 3rd party cases are usually a millimetre too big or too small and you can always tell. The phone is held securely but it does not have to be dragged out of the case with any force yet it will not fall out of its own accord either.Has the usual function of sleep and wake when you put the hone into and take it out of the case.The materials are top notch throughout and the metallic blackberry logo is a great touch.As I said, perfect.
