The ps4 controller is in good condition. When I use it for my ps4 console, the controller seems to shut itself down every 3-5 mins. I move the analog sticks, d-pads, option, share and nothing affecting it on display on TV. I try to reset the controller is going fine then shuts off. It is fully charged too. It's either the firmware bug or the ps4 console updates. Also, have a two-year warranty protection in case this happens. Plus it doesn't have a code in the back of the controller so I can't get a new one. Do I give it back to Amazon for a new one or go to stores that can replace my controller?

This will disconnects from the Playstation often unless you update it. Works perfectly after update. They will email you the code to update it but here it is just in case:Step 1: Press and hold R3 Button, and don’t release the R3 in the whole process; Step 2:Press those button sequentially : up,square，triangle，square，cross，square,circle,left Step 3: Press and Hold L3 about 3 second,LED Bar will blink, It means that update finished.

I can not say it didn’t work. The issue was the connection. We would connect it via Bluetooth and begin to play. However, while playing it would randomly disconnect. Very frustrating if your playing mortal combat. After a week of this. My husband finally cracked and threw it. So we were unable to return for a refund.

Brought for xmas for my daughter it was working just fine then we get a email saying if the contrl. Stop working just what u do. So it did and we download how to do it. I'm just finding out that she haven't played with it because it hasn't work since y'all said how to reset it she said battery life sucks and it just don't work. Now I know it been almost 2yrs but if u had a so call recall on something it should have been refunded because its a waste when the kids can't play with it because of malfunction that do have nothing to do with her playing with it. It's brand knew because it never been played like that it don't work at all. So whom ever sold me this need to recall them don't send out instruction on something then it don't work at All

One of the worst controllers ever. Reaction time compared to others is slow. Controller started shutting off in the middle of a game. I emailed supplier and was sent a form to update controller. Well that update made it worse. In my opinion I should be refunded for this controller.
