Review: Granddaughter Loves This Book - Our two year old granddaughter started to repeat some of the phrases. It's very engaging!
Review: Creates positive & calming associations for bedtime! - My son is absolutely loving this whole series of books!! He is 2.5 and we now have 6 of these different books, he asks to read them all day long and we are using the phrases everyday to reinforce positive behaviour while redirecting his physical outburst. The books gives us all the tools and starting point to pause and use positive words and connections to navigate big feelings!! Being a first time mom is tough lol but these books are really amazing! I highly recommend and wish I had started reading them to my son even younger!!

It is a cute book and includes a bedtime routine. I like reading it to my son and kind of use it as a checklist. First, they have a snack, then bath, then pajamas, brush their teeth, read a book, backrubs, hugs and then go to sleep. The last part is very nice because it explains why we sleep: to grow, to be smarter and happy. Nice little book. I also recommend naptime from this same series.
