Great Concept with Readings all Over the Board
This was exactly what I was looking for to monitor my greenhouse, the outside temp, and the unoccupied rooms of the house. Setup was easy and the range may or may not be what was published. (Is 60 feet close to 100 meters)? Second problem was one remote sensor wanted to read 99% humidity every time it got close to a metal nail. Set the sensor by the wall and it reads great; hang it on a nail and it reads 99%-hh. Next the sensor in the greenhouse wanted to read 12% humidity (even though I had a humidifier going full blast and it felt like Viet Nam in the greenhouse. Finally, the base unit read 82 degrees in the house for 6 hours even though it was in the mid 60’s. Either this was a bad unit (three units) or it lacks QC.

Works well, but sensors not the same as pictured
We received our Baldr system. The main system is nice, though we had to try a few times to get all 3 sensors to pair with the main unit. The sensors we received do not have a display on them, as shown in the pictures. I did notice that in the video section, there are 2 videos. One video showed sensors with their own displays and the 2nd video with stick-like all-black sensors with no displays. Those are the ones we received. It is not a full deal breaker, but we did want to be able to check the reading on the sensors. We are using 1 sensor in our greenhouse, 1 sensor on our deck, and 1 in our garage. After we finally got all the sensors to pair, they updated well so far. We are on day 1. I Will update later on how well they hold up. I did read reviews that said it would not pass through walls, but we have not had an issue with this. Our main unit is inside, and there are walls in between it and the sensors. I gave it 4 stars at this point, primarily because the sensors were not what was pictured, nor what we were hoping for. But, for the money, it is doing what it is supposed to so far.

Works GREAT.. when it works
I have one unit in the green house, one in the garage, and one just a few feet away from the house on the deck. Yet the one closest to the house shut down completely when it rained. Yet the manufacturer claims it works outside. And no, I don't have it in direct sunlight, and no rain cannot hit it directly as it is under a lip of wood. I had to bring it into the house and wait a few hours for it to "dry out" (I guess) and it suddenly turned back on.I contacted the company (twice) to no avail. Tech support is nonexistent so far. I hope by the bad review someone will replace the bad unit. And as I waited (weeks so far) the unit closest to the house failed again, but it wasn't raining. It was a calm sunny day in the upper 60's.And no, the batteries in the unit are all still 100%. (I have a batter tester) and so, if I don't hear from someone within a week of this review I will get a refund.

Works nicely. Easy set up. Uses AAA batteries
This does exactly what I need. I set it up with the sensors just inches from the main unit. They all worked. Then I placed one sensor on the front porch, one on the back porch and one in the room above the garage. The base unit got confused so I took the batteries out and put them back in. The base found all three sensors and worked perfectly. My furthest sensor is no more than 25 feet from the main unit. It uses AAA batteries. My old unit used AA. I will order AAA rechargeable batteries.

Marginal at best
I dislike writing reviews that talk down a product. Even worse, I dislike owning those products even more. The range is the pits. It might transmit 100' but only if there is nothing like walls in the way. Do you live in a tent? I don't. The ad says it's good for 300'; no way! Well, maybe if you have someone near it to take the reading and use a FRS radio tell you what it says. All of the good places I could put the outdoor remote wouldn't work, with walls in the way etc'. So I had to put it in a place where we'll only get an accurate reading in the morning. In the afternoon the sun heats it and it's useless. The indoor unit battery life is pretty short, but I admit that I use Eneloop Pro rechargeables in it.I wanted it to replace a unit that was at least 20+ years old. That unit had a decent range through multiple walls, this isn't that, not even close. Those remote units were bigger and so was the indoor unit (but they did the job!), and their rechargeable AAs would last at least 3 months indoors, and a year in the remote units. Compared to that older unit this is just junk. What a shame the old unit broke.I'm going back to a liquid filled thermometer that goes in a window. That's how good this is. Frankly I'd be willing to bet that all of the remote thermometers found on Amazon are all variations of the exact same lousy electronics made in the same factory in China despite the name or the claims. Save your money unless the remote is going to be within a few feet of the indoor unit.

Good value and synched easily
The instructions weren't great, but the range is good (one of my sensors is outside my house, about 60 ft away, inside a closed wooden box inside a steel vehicle). One sensor is in my mechanical room and the temperature is no problem, but my boiler and water heater and vermiculture set up are all in that small room and the humidity has been 99 one day and 1 the next. I have no idea what is going on with that! Happily, I don't much care about that, it's the temperature I need to track in THAT room, and the humidity aspect of the other sensors seems to be accurate to the range that I need. For the price, I am very happy. If you need something super precise and humidity is particularly important to you, even when it is very high (you grow orchids maybe), you should choose something else. I can't comment on battery life yet, but I would imagine that would depend partly on what kind of batteries I used (if the sensor is in a cold area, use lithium).

Easy to setup, but not accurate
I was hoping that the accuracy would be much better on this product, but unfortunately the main unit seems to be 8-10% off for humidity when the devices are sitting beside one another. I thought that it may take time for all of the units to stabilize, so I let them sit for about 2 hours. To no avail, the main unit is still not matching the three remote modules. Have a look at the picture I included. While the price is good, I don't want to have to make a constant mental note that the main unit is out of whack! Anyway, this is going to be a return and I will try to find something more accurate.
