I have read other reviews about the excessive amount of lint that sheds from the comforter and it is true HOWEVER, after a few days of living with the lint, I took it to my local dry cleaners and asked them to launder and dry it twice and it doesn’t shed at all now. It’s soft, pretty and comfortable. Excellent quality for the money!

I really love this comforter! It is so pretty and looks great on the bed. It is so comfortable and just the right amount of heavy. So far it is holding up well to the kids and dog. It washes well although the king size is a bit too big for our standard washer and dryer so needs to be taken to the laundromat. The size is just right for our king bed.

The media could not be loaded.  It’s beautiful! The perfect touch for my bedroom. I don’t think I will sleep with it though. It’s not that soft. The only reason it didn’t get 5 stars. But I wanted it to the esthetics anyway. My room is grey and white with silver. This grey was perfect! By the way, the bed frame, night tables, and lamps are all Amazon! Beautiful redesign at a good price!

I purchased the white comforter set first for my guest room. I absolutely loved it so I turned around and ordered the tan one for my bed. The softness, warmth, yes it sheds for now but due to the fact it's chenille it will for a couple of washes. Nothing can compete with the pattern on the tan, the chenille pattern makes it appear from across the room like a lace. Its truly breathtaking!

The design was beautiful. It was exactly what I was looking for but when I received it, it says to wash it and I washed it according to the instruction but it shed and I tried everything. I went through 3 lint brushes. I vacuumed it with my new vacuum pet brush. When you walk by it, it would get lint or pieces of yarn all over my clothing. I had to bag it back up. It was a waste of money.☹️

Beautiful. Great quality. Love the color and texture. Pattern is visually appealing but the shedding is TERRIBLE. I was covered in layers and layers of lint from just putting the comforter on my bed. Unfortunately this will be returned.

I'm picky about quality, feel, and look so I was more than doubtful about ordering this on line. I love it.What you can't see is the feel. It has that look and feel you'd expect from all cotton. Including the accent. The pattern (not sure what to call it) is the material of a fur on a stuffed animal (if that makes sense).Great heavy weight. I live in Florida and it's not to hot.I read reviews saying it didn't fit their king all the way. Just the opposite. The last comforter I got from Dillard's didn't reach down to the sides enough on my new mattress. This one is perfect. Maybe the manufacturer improved it over time.Great color and contrast.Great buy.

I got this for my mom's double size bed because she wanted a comforter that hung down longer at the sides. It hangs almost to the floor but not quite.She loves the giant leaf pattern and the feel of the chenille. It is lovely.I don't know how warm it is yet or how it washes, but i will update this review once i do. For now i can only tell you that it looks nice in person and seems to be a decent comforter in terms of thickness.Considering how original it is, and that you can't find it in a store, i think it isn't hugely overpriced. Somewhat, yes, but not hugely.

Very beautiful but very short. Not a true California king. You will need a bed skirt
