MG217 Medicated Moisturizing Psoriasis Cream With 3% Salicylic Acid, Multi-symptom, Fragrance Free, 3.5 Fl Oz, (5604)

This product works amazingly well; it's not one of those silly gimmicky products that someone makes in their basement to earn a quick buck. You can tell it has been very well developed and quality manufactured. I use it everytime I develop a certain rash on my arm which I suspect is from contact dermatitis. I havent been diagnosed with that, but sometimes when I wear certain clothing items, I get the dreaded rashy arms. Everytime I apply it, it clears it up within a few days. I have been using it on my son's hyperpigmentation (black, cracked dry elbows) and although he has not had miracle results, it is helping quite a bit. It just takes time, but I feel like this will work after a few weeks, so I will be ordering another bottle.

In the middle of the night a psoriasis patch on my face I've had a few weeks was driving me crazy, so I searched Amazon and ordered this and another jar (Nupharmisto) that was nearly 3xs the price, to arrive in the morning. I tried this MG217 first, applied a couple times, and by evening and then overnight another application, the patch was gone. I will continue to use it to keep it away. This doesn't have much of a smell, has 3% Salicylic Acid (compared to the jar brand that just has 2%) and the tube is very convenient. AND -- it was just $8.99. The jar was $24.90. Unfortunately the expensive one is not returnable. I opened it to check out if it seemed worth it, and no -- it has a much more menthol smell and sting. Save your money if you have a milder case and get this product. I'm very happy, so far.UPDATE: I still am very happy with this product and the effect is has had on my dry skin patch However, the cream is very, very runny. I've learned to shake it first. But this morning it spilled out all over the place just when I flipped open the cap. So be forewarned. I mopped up the mess and saved some of it to a small plastic container with a lid. I decided to squeeze more into the container. Now, I'm just going to take the small amount I want out of the container, and not use the tube daily. Too much is lost and a mess.

As a sufferer of acute skin complications and severe plaque psoriasis that cover about 20% of my entire body, ive been to many doctors and tried many medicines. Most times they work for a short period, then a short flareup will bring immense pain and discomfort.Tired of it all, Ive done immense research and digging, only to come across a YOUTUBE comment, yes a comment that talked about how this cream in combo with the coal tar helped him drastically. After hours of and hours of tedious research, understanding psoriasis and how it develops is the name of the game; Get rid of the surface flakes, ensure topical medicine can reach down into the lower layers and moisturize.At first with all the frustration, I would simply rub it on and leave it. But after sticking to the plan- I got nothing but great results. The SAL ACID does a great job at loosening and breaking down the skin. In the morning, once loosened, I took a antibacterial eczema spray to clean and rid the area of excess skin. Once smooth and moist, the lower layer is revealed and thats when coal tar and others come in. Repeated this process for seveal days and already seeing decent results. Due to my severity, this process is done 3-4 times a day which more most people is excessive but so far so good

I rated this highly as it’s not fair to judge it after just buying it. These things take time to resolve, they are not fixed overnight or after a couple applications. Nothing has worked to relieve the plaque psoriasis including prescription medication. I bought this hoping for some relief. The only thing that I can say is it feels soothing when applying it.

Update: I bought this and it came from someone named “Stealth Rabbit.” The one to the right is as advertised, the one to the left was from the distributor “Stealth Rabbit” (in no box). I am not sure what Amazon’s logistics are doing but it clearly is not in the customer’s best interest.First, I would like to disclose that this is not a product where they offer free items for good reviews so my review is how I actually feel. I have ordered this 4 times, it is my go to. I tried a lot of different products that were “all natural” before this, all of them seemed like watered down scams.Pros:• Saved me from many flare ups so I would say the performance is good.• Applied daily, it clears up scales and redness after less than a week.• It is good quality considering they don’t bribe you for reviews and US made.Cons:• The smell is a bit chemically.• The box is always annihilated (tube is always sealed, never damaged).•The cold menthol-like burning is alarming at first.Tips:• If you see reviews stating it is like liquid, it got warm. KEEP COLD OR ROOM TEMP. I have had occasions where it got hot and I lost a lot from it spewing out as liquid. Just put it in the fridge and it will turn into lotion again.• As stated in Cons, it burns at first but that is normal. It’s not a bad reaction. I have sensitive skin and it helps.• Use it when you notice dry patches so it goes away instantly. If used on scabs and scales usually it takes about a week applying daily. I have had it so bad I can’t bend my finger and it still cleared it up.
